BiSaver is a specialized bill paying service that converts the payment flow of a traditional monthly mortgage to a biweekly payment schedule. Enrollment in the BiSaver Program can save a homeowner tens of thousands of dollars in interest expense while building equity at an accelerated rate.

With BiSaver, instead of paying the whole monthly mortgage payment once a month, borrowers pay one half their monthly payment biweekly or 26 times each year. Funds are drafted from the borrower’s bank account every 14 days and credited to the borrower’s payment on the regular monthly due date. By transferring half a payment every two weeks, borrowers make the equivalent of one extra mortgage payment each year that is credited to their principal. The result for the borrower is a substantial savings in interest and a reduction of the mortgage term.

Although every mortgage is different, the average BiSaver customer can save tens of thousands of dollars in interest charges and reduce the term of their mortgage by an average of 4 to 8 years.
